Shipping Returns and Refunds

All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping delays will happen from October – December and extending to 14 to 17 business days. We have a seven (7) day return policy, which means you have seven (7) days after receiving your item to request a return. To return your product your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/or unused and contact us at doug@barbarianuniverse.com. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We ship to US only.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
